We are searching for a Senior Service Supervisor to lead our on-site service teams at our 314-unit dual-site apartment communities conveniently located in Shreveport! As Sr. Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment as well as the physical integrity of the property. Responsibilities

• Accountability for all maintenance operations on the property while working within the planned maintenance budget.
• Maintaining all service and safety records in compliance with federal, state, and local law.
• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager or Regional Director.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
Required License or Certification:

• Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
