Boeing Enterprise Services Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) is looking for highly a motivated and passionate Senior Supply Chain Project Management Specialist grounded with a strong lean background in Mesa, AZ; N. Charleston, SC; Huntsville, AL; San Antonio, TX; or Hazelwood, MO.
This individual contributor will be a critical member of our Center of Expertise (COE) team and will take the lead in applying lean principles to help enable our organization to continuously improve our source to pay (S2P) experience for our suppliers, business partners, and procurement team. This high visibility role will focus on key process simplification initiatives that drive operational excellence, eliminate traveled work, and support our mission to deliver simpler, faster, better outcomes.
The ideal candidate possesses an in-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures and will have a demonstrated track record of continued success in workshop facilitation, coaching and training employees on lean/process improvement methodologies, and project management.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in Lean / Process Improvement Methodologies
- Analyze supply chain business processes and work closely with teammates and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities to implement and lean out
- Develop solutions to problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation
- Support process simplification initiatives that drive a simpler, faster, better S2P experience
- Plan and facilitate lean events; assist with problem solving activities for ISC (AIW, VSM, Kaizen, BPSM etc.)
- Lead project coordination for a wide range of business improvement activities within ISC.
- Provide training, coaching and mentoring to ISC employees on lean+ concepts
- Report and present updates and outcomes of improvement initiatives and related activities to executive leadership
- Partner with Business Intelligence and Analytics team to develop metrics to support process improvements
- Analyze and translate data into recommendations for improvement
- Participate in strategy development
- Assist in removing roadblocks for process improvement teams, while mentoring them to do the same for themselves - teach, inspire and empower
- Actively seek out best practices to share and implement across the organization
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in teaching Lean+ tools and concepts
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing a cross-functional project
- 1+ year of experience with Supply Chain processes
- 1+ years of experience planning and facilitating Lean+ workshops (e.g., BPSM /AIW / 3P / Kaizen / VSM, Process Mapping, AIW, DK)
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain processes
- 3+ years of experience planning and facilitating Lean+ workshops (e.g., BPSM /AIW / 3P / Kaizen / VSM, Process Mapping, AIW, DK)
- 1+ years in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $107,950 – $146,050
