Role Overview*
Our customers are supported by our Global IBM Experts. Origina has over 600+ IBM expert engineers throughout the world. Your role will be to help source further talented IT Engineers globally to support our growing client base and increase our expert pool.
The position will be based at our Plano (DFW) Office, working closely with Global Talent Acquisition team based in Dublin, Ireland.
The Role
- Work with Origina Talent Acquisition team to source and hire IBM Engineering talent according to Origina Talent Acquisition definitions
- Build strong formal and informal networking relationships within the technology and hiring communities
- Use innovative sourcing strategies and exemplary communication skills to engage both passive and active candidates
- Perform a critical role in achieving the company’s growth goals by attracting the best available engineering talent to the Origina GIE program
- Collaborate and contribute to the Talent Acquisition team with ideas and suggestions to drive growth and ensure a world class recruitment experience for our Global IBM Expert hires
- Develop talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics as appropriate to enable the organization to be kept informed on market
- Own & build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, global engineering meet up events and sourcing campaigns
- Manage the full recruitment process for multiple roles, from interviews to the feedback stage
- Screen resumes/skills profiles, coordinate technical evaluation and interview candidates to determine fit
- Track pipeline activity to forecast timebound priority hires and provide regular reports on progress
- Administratively track, trace, and oversee talent related actions on Origina CRM and Bullhorn ATS systems
Requirements
- 5+ years IT Recruitment experience
- Exceptional people skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, communicate effectively and remain respectful, welcoming, and collaborative
- Present high-performance mindset focused, and goal and results oriented
- Be flexible, agile, and resilient, with the motivation and interest to work in a high-growth, high-performance organization
- Lean into challenges, be courageous to try something out of the box to find the right candidates
- Leave no stone unturned to get the job done and fill key roles in the business
- Understanding and interest in the IT/’Tech’ industry and environment, specifically Tech Sales is an advantage
