Hometown Grill and Bar is looking for experienced Servers to join our team!
At Hometown Grill and Bar we aim to create an atmosphere that will exceed our guest expectations, with passion for incomparable service standards and seasonal craft menus curated with the highest quality ingredients.
Our Servers are ambassadors for Hometown and our story, guiding guests through our menu and their meals, providing a one-of-a-kind experience each time. He/she will be providing extraordinary experiences in addition to boasting a keen understanding of our high standards of service. Become part of a dynamic, innovative, and heartfelt group of unique individuals at this independent and locally owned restaurant. Both daytime and evening shifts are available.
Part time server $450-$550 weekly average
Full time server $850-$1000
