New restaurant opportunity with no evening or night shifts! Morning Belle, Grand Rapid's newest breakfast restaurant, is now hiring Servers who live out our value of Uncommon Hospitality! This role is a great opportunity for anyone who has a passion for providing people with incredible dining experiences and is excited by the opportunity to be part of a new concept!

Morning Belle Servers are responsible for ensuring all guests have the Uncommon Hospitality experience that defines Morning Belle. They provide friendly accommodating table service, ensure fast and fresh delivery of food, and also spend some of their time as host where they greet guests, make sure seating process is as efficient as possible and cash out departing guests.

As a Morning Belle Server, you will play the following role on our team:

• Greet guests at the door and help them find their table
• Take guest orders, bring food and drinks to their tables, and ensure they have everything they need
• Answer guest questions and work with managers to quickly address concerns and provide a great dining experience
• Ensure all federal and state mandated liquor laws are followed
• Assist with clearing tables and keeping the restaurant service-ready at all times
• Complete side work and other duties as assigned

We expect our Morning Belle Servers to have the following qualifications:

• Previous server or host experience
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to effectively communicate and be a great team player in a fast pace, sometimes stressful environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs at a time
