The Oxbow Hotel is a unique boutique property located in downtown Eau Claire, WI. It houses 30 beautiful rooms, including flats that are available aside from the main house hotel rooms. There is a beautiful outdoor patio area, along with outfitter rentals to get out into nature. The Lakely Restaurant and Bar, houses weekly live jazz music, and serves farm to table fare, along with craft cocktails.

Pablo Group is looking for a Server to support our growing organization, The Lakely, within The Oxbow Hotel

In this role, you’ll make an impact by….

• Providing upscale service to guests.
• Preparing with menu and pairing knowledge to provide guests with recommendations.
• Assist where needed, per Floor Supervisors instruction
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Work with back of house staff to ensure positive guest experience.
• Clean as needed.
• Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance.

We are looking for individuals with….

• Previous service experience.
• Knowledge of customer service, as well as execution of service.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic.
• Previous cash/credit handling.
