This role is responsible for assisting our Service Manager with the day to day operations and organization. . . This position is located in Tucson, AZ and requires onsite attendance.
Responsibilities
- Strong organization and computer skills with excel, word, power point, and outlook
- Tracking and scheduling vehicle repairs/maintenance with vendors, on vehicle tracking form and in service titan software
- Complete KPI spreadsheet daily and email standings (copy info from service titan to spread sheet)
- Send daily plans to the team via service titan
- Update power point document with daily KPI results
- File recall jobs and call back forms under appropriate technician profiles for review by service manager
- Schedule PTO requests once approved by service manager and sends approved request form to accounting
- Assist in track attendance VS available PTO for adherence to the attendance policy
- Pull reports and enter into service department operations spreadsheet for review by service manager
- Track, follow up and process warranty parts
- Assist with service department's inventory
Required Skills/Abilities:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
