As the Call Center Manager you will be responsible to train, manage and supervise the call center and dispatchers working as a team to assist with scheduling a crew to the customers location to assess the work that would need to be completed. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and strive to assist others in their time of need you could thrive in this environment!
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Dispatching and scheduling restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with management team
  • Coach call center staff through challenging customer service issues.
  • Analyze call center data and prepare reports for upper management.
  • Prepare work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage.
  • Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Receive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and meet strict quotas
  • Prior Call Center Manager experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
  • Knowledge of local geographical area is preferred
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
  • Proficient with phone systems
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
