Responsibilities:
- Keep up with the pace of a busy restaurant.
- Be there when a customer needs you.
- Provide fast, efficient service.
- Serve correctly prepared food to customers.
- Clean tables and spaces between tables properly.
- Answer customer questions about the menu.
- Handle walk-ins, wait for calls, and take reservations.
- Perform the opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
