Division Description: CompanyBox is an independently owned, all-in-one packaging platform for businesses. Position Overview:
Responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of production workers by organizing and monitoring workflow. Meets established deadlines while monitoring production and inspection of product to verify conformance to specifications.
Additional responsibilities include setup, running and troubleshooting machines as necessary.

- Supervise and monitor production.
- Inspect products to verify conformance to specification and direct setup and adjustments of machines. Ensures adherence to all quality standards.
- Meets established deadlines and objectives for shift.
- Coach, motivate and lead team in a progressive manner with strong emphasis on continuous improvement.
- Setup, run and troubleshoot various machines.
- Band and remove bales from waste baler system.
- Use forklift to move and load material onto machine conveyor system.
- General computer knowledge: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Basic math skills
- Must be highly motivated with great work ethic, very dependable, fast moving and able to work well with others
- Ability to motivate others
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to operate forklift effectively
