Swing shift supervisor
Monday-Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am
Responsible for a crew of 3-4 swimng shift members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Supervising, coaching, and evaluating all direct reporting personnel.
· Scheduling, planning, and coordinating the shipping and receiving activities that ensure the timely delivery and receipt of good according to reasonable customer expectations.
· Ensuring maintenance records are complete and up to date.
· Planning and coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs.
· Purchasing supplies and materials
· Ensure all department managers receive the necessary information regarding shipping and receiving.
· Recommend changes in shipping and receiving policies and procedures to the Operations Manager.
· Evaluation and recommendation of material handling equipment needs for the department.
· Maintain department expenses within budget.
· Update shipping and receiving schedules on a daily basis.
- Execute the timely implementation of work orders from the customer service department.
- Provide operating reports to Operations Manager.
- Schedule all reporting personnel to provide adequate coverage for anticipated workload.
- Timely response to will call customers determined by company standards.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
- Assist Operations Manager in developing marketing strategies to compete in market place.
- Participate in the review of departmental budgetary performance.
- Prepare a successor to fulfill the duties of this position in the event of an absence.
- Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
