Our organization is seeking Shift Supervisors with a passion for providing excellent service, who are eager to join a growing team, who enjoy working in a fun and fast-paced environment. Experience is preferred but not required.
Shift Supervisors work an assortments of positions ranging from serving food on a production line, cashing out guests, as well as washing dishes and general cleaning of the building. Shift supervisors are expected to lead the team and delegate necessary tasks to the team as well ensure proper roles and tasks are occurring in the building. Shift Supervisors are key holders the building and are also responsible for nightly cash drops and counting the register at open. All Shift Supervisors are paid card and cash tips weekly in addition to hourly rate. If you have customer service skills, good communication, are capable of working efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere, and are a natural leader then this is the job for you!
