$2,000 Sign On Bonus

3 step program * Must meet sign on bonus eligibility requirements

• $500 paid after completion of one (1) month (30 days) of employment
• $500 paid after completion of three (3) months of employment
• $1,000 paid after completion of six (6) months of employment

Hourly Rate: $21.00-$23.00

Essential Functions

• Greets and checks in Delivery Drivers, then directs them to correct Dock Number.
• Inspection of inbound trailers, check fuel, temperature trailer number and seal numbers.
• Match information towards BOL/gather COA for raw material inbounds.
• Receives Purchase Orders/print labels.
• Preparation of Finish Goods report to trace and inform production of all partial pallets needed to be topped off during the next runs.
• Fuel and temperature check in all trailers in the yard once a day per shift.
• Update google docs (Trailer Log) with yard check 3 times per shift.
• Schedule all outbounds with outside carriers and update google docs as needed.
• Scan and file all shipment & receiving paperwork and upload to shared drive.
• Request/Cancel drivers as needed with shuttle company.
• Inspection of all Outbound load; Check trailer number, temperature, fuel, and seal numbers VS BOLS and destination based on Finish Good material.
• Send moves to spotter to all needs required by production as given by supervisor or lead.
• Prints Bills of Lading/TOs.
• Schedules Inbound Shipments.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Lead, Supervisor or Manager.

Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience with Shipping and Receiving in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in the food industry and knowledge of GMP’s preferred.
• Experience with ERP Software preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft office (words, excel, outlook)
• High School diploma or equivalent

Work Environment

• The employee is frequently exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Constantly in the move checking inbounds and outbound loads.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for the duration of the production shift; talk or hear; use hands or finger to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is infrequently required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 70 pounds.
