Description:Site Manager responsible for overall site operations in support of the Industrial Product-Support Vendor program. Works with multiple teammates and supervisors to ensure that all contractual requirements are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans. Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of tasks in support of site operations. Acts as primary customer contact for site activities, leading review sessions with customer to discuss schedule and technical performance. Develops and implements procedures as they apply to the management of site operations. Assists with the development of Basis of Estimates and Bills of Materials for new work that must be submitted on proposals. Collaborates on Statements of Work with the customer for new workloads. Possesses strong communication skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to effectively assign daily work assignments and follow-up actions to ensure completion of task. Attends production planning and scheduling meetings. Responsible for the site allocated budgets, schedule and technical performance deliveries of contract bin fills. Initiates proposals, work statements and specifications unique to the site for submittal to program office. Develops new business or expands the product line with the their site customer for their site for submittal to PMO. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master, identifies program problems and develops solutions for their site and reports status to PMO. Performs other duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
Supply Chain Management experience and knowledge of best practices.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
Ideal candidate must be capable of working in an environment that is fast paced, demanding and requires independent thinking, problem resolution and action with minimal direct oversight by senior management.
Desired Skills:
Project management and/or contracts requirements understanding.
Supply Chain Management experience, preferably with DLA and/or USN.
Have a minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a project management role.
Experience in working under a DOD contract is a plus.
Previous LM experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
