Site Supervisor Job at Bryan County
The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is now accepting applications for a Seasonal Summer Lunch Site Supervisor in the Family Connections Department.
This position is to be directly responsible for the provision of meals to children participating in the Summer Food Service Program. The Site Supervisor assures that all program requirements are met and reports directly to the SFSP Monitor and the SFSP Program Administrator.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Serve pre-packaged lunches and beverages to children participating in the program at assigned lunch sites; assure that all meals are consumed on-site.
Provides adequate supervision to children during assigned meal service times.
Assure that meals received are accurate and reflect number ordered prior to signing delivery receipt; report any inaccuracies immediately to SFSP Staff.
Clean serving area at site prior to and after meal service daily.
Complete all meal count forms as required.
Determine meal counts for next day meals and notify SFSP Staff of amount daily.
Assist in or assure completion of all required reporting.
Turn in completed forms weekly to SFSP Staff.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: High school diploma or equivalent; Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work with a wide variety of people; ability to write coherently and effectively is a primary prerequisite; should also possess basic math skills. Must be able to work independent of close supervision, possess sound decision-making abilities, and complete assignments in a timely manner. Must possess and maintain valid Driver’s License and possess reliable transportation.
