The Role
The Slot Technical Manager is responsible forProvides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests Strong leadership skills including excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills. Extensive knowledge of all casino slot games and their operations. Proficient in the ability to train team members in both slot machine operations and electronics
Possess the ability to use slot reports to analyze slot performance and identify anomalies. Provide suggestions to the Director of Casino Operations (DOC) for new slot product.
Responsibilities
- Provide suggestions to the Director of Casino Operations (DOC) for new slot product.
- Maintain all slot records according company standards and state regulations.
- Ensures efficient operation and repair of slot machines and related gaming equipment.
- Participates in special projects as assigned, and coordinates and oversees slot technical conversions, modifications and new slot installations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Studies / Preferably in Class 111 Gaming Environment
- 2-5 years Supervisor over technical training or related fields
- Proficient in Micro soft Word, and Excel
- Strong mathematical and technical skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
