Job Title: Softball Skills Specialist (Collegiate Experience)

Job Description: RedLine Athletics is a 15,000 SF youth athletic training facility located in the Longmont area. Our center includes a 40 yard indoor performance floor, 2 full-length batting cages, basketball court, and state-of-the-art strength room. While we focus primarily on semi-private group training for the youth athlete population 8 to 18 years old, we also offer 1-on-1 skill instruction, team training, and Adult Training. Our training programs offer clients the ability to improve their performance and reduce their risk of injury in a dynamic, fast-paced, and enjoyable training environment.

As a Softball Skills Specialist, you will work with Softball athletes in a 1on1, semi-private, or team environment. Each skills coach will be responsibe for conducting a monthly skills camp or clinic. As a coach at Redline Athletics, you will have access to our membership base, the training facility, and assistance in marketing yourself and your camps

Our Softball Skills Specialist should be an enthusiastic and experienced coach & former or current athlete with impressive leadership ability. They must enjoy working with clients of all ages and abilities. We are looking for someone who is extremely high-energy, motivating, passionate about health & performance, and ready to make a difference in each client’s life.

- Playing at the collegiate or professional level

- Conducting safe and effective training sessions

- Keeping up a friendly, positive relationship with every client

- Paying attention to each client’s form, safety, and emotional state and provide guidance, correction, and or feedback as needed

- Going the extra mile to make sure every client feels personally recognized and cared for

- Building relationships within the community

- Communicating messages from management to clients

- Training athletes of all ages and skill levels

- Working consistently with passion, purpose, and a desire to learn and grow

Qualifications

- Collegiate Playing Experience
- Coaching Experience
- Hitting, In-Fielding, Out-Fielding, Base Running (Pitching experience preferred but not required)

Job Type: Part-time with growth possibilities
Availability: Mornings, Afternoons, and/or Weekends
Compensation: $16 to $32 hourly and up
