Primary Purpose & Function
Collaborate with product team members to understand the problems our customers face and how we might solve those problems with well-designed, rapidly deployed software solutions.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
· Collaborate with team members to design, develop and deploy high-quality software solutions.

· Employ modern software development practices such as continuous integration/deployment, pairing/mobbing, test-driven development and automated testing.

· Solve interesting and complex problems to create a positive experience for our customers.

· Partner with teammates to establish and uphold a standard of delivery excellence.

· Regularly contribute to the continuous improvement effors of the team and organization.

· Create and leverage Objectives & Key Results to prioritize what is to be achieved and how value/progress will be measured.

· Model behaviors which are congruent with company core values and help create a culture which makes Growes Edge a great place to work.

· All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Education Requirements
· 2+ years Software Engineering experience.

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s STEM degree or equivalent work experience.

· Excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.

· Experience working in a highly collaborative team environment.

· Demonstrated passion for learning.

· Preferred technical experience in:

• Cloud platforms – we use Azure and AWS
• Web frameworks – we use Angular and React
• Languages – we use C#, TypeScript, Python
• Relational & non-relational data stores – we use SQL Server, Postgres, Cosmos DB
