MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Software Support Specialists provide customer support to our growing customer base and best in class software. Our team delivers consultative solutions to both technical and non-technical problems to our end users. We also support product development, documentation, testing and training. As a member of the Software and Support Team, you will be responsible for software testing, software setup, identifying opportunities, end user support, troubleshooting, building databases and documenting process.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide first line technical support to customers: identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required, resolving support tickets in a timely manner, resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention.
  • Maintain and improve our excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Test applications and ensure performance is designed as intended.
  • Documenting, troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities are required.
  • Transition key information to our software development team to ensure continued successful support and software design of our products.
  • First class customer support to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
  • Assist with development of technical documentation.
  • Provide support and partner with our sales and software developers to enhance our products, increase sales and strengthen our client relationships.

NO Nights: Work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

NO Weekends: Work Monday - Friday

  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload through various channels of communication: telephone, chat and email
  • Effectively manage client expectations - communicating project status and delays to the client and management.
  • Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
  • Ability to collaborate within the support team, across software development and sales to find solutions and drive impactful change that leads the industry
  • Ability to travel to client locations for onsite training and support if necessary (within Ohio)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask is critical to this individuals success.
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements to software developers is as critical as being able to talk with clients who are new to our product and do not have the same technical background. Strong - confident communication is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
