Do you have a passion for the IT field? We are seeking experienced Software Technician for an established software company in Sacramento!
Job Requirements:
- Provide help desk technical support for various POS software (including Retail Pro and Quickbooks POS)
- Other technical duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
- Require at least two years of telephone and onsite application support.
- Must be able to support multi-site, multi-network server/work station environment and be able to support all Microsoft Operating Systems
- Inventory control, point of sale and/or retail operations experience and SQL knowledge recommended.
