Klick Solar is looking for a Solar Service Technician to join our growing team. Diagnose and repair any type of solar equipment.

Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $20.00-26.00/hr (based off of experience)

Office Location: 6430 S Fiddlers Green Cir #260 Greenwood Village, CO 80111

Essential Job Functions:

• Diagnose and repair any type of solar equipment.
• Troubleshooting to identify root cause of problems.
• Remove and replace defective components.
• Perform remote diagnostic tasks as needed.
• Excellent customer service.
• Assist with documentation for each PV project to ensure a timely and effective installation process.
• Self-motivated and capable of working effectively without direct supervision.
• Must be capable of interacting with site hosts and the general public in a professional and courteous manner.
• Must be capable of critical thinking and possess the ability to solve complex mechanical and electrical problems.
• Be comfortable climbing on roofs.
• Ascending and descending ladders.
• Operating basic hand tools and power tools.
• Following all OSHA safety requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1+ Years of Solar Industry Experience Preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and smart cell phone.
• High school diploma or GED preferred for minimum education.
• OSHA 10 preferred.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, usually at an incline, and be able to ascend and descend ladders throughout the day.
• Able to clearly and effectively communicate.
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions hot and cold.
• Ability to lift 50+lbs.
