Spanish River Grill & Wine Bar is a small, locally owned Tapas Bar, specializing in the regional foods and wines of Spain. Located in New Smyrna Beach, FL. we are a creative group that enjoys challenging ourselves, and each other, daily. We're a close group, working together in an intimate and learning environment, pushing ourselves to be better and more inventive with each and every shift. We are looking for a new Team Member to join our Culinary guys and girls in the kitchen, and we are offering a Signing Bonus of $750 after 120 days of successful employment. Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food is stored in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels.
- Train kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
