The Grove, Pizza Cucina & Wine Bar in Hobe Sound, FL, a Wine Spectator award winning concept is looking for one hands-on sous chef to join our 18 person strong team. We are located on 8815 SE Bridge Road. Our ideal candidate is a team-player, attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
-
*Train and develop team members to company standards *Cook on the line according to business demands. *Assist Chef accordance with business needs. *Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly *Coordinate scheduling of BOH staff and in admin functions as directed by leadership. *Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards
Qualifications

*Experience working as a head line cook, sous chef or chef *High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines *Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed *Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
