The following is required:

• Collection and processing of urine drug screens
• Must have 4+ years experience
• Data Entry
• Attention to detail
• Professionalism

Qualifications:

• Prefer CNAs, retired nurses, Phlebotomists, medical assistants, or anyone interested in the healthcare field.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Registered in DCFS FBI background or pass the fbi background
• Essential Functions:
• Be responsible for collecting urine or saliva swabs court/DCFS participants.
• Providing accurate documentation through appropriate chain of custody, bag samples and sending them to our partner lab as indicated.
• Act in a professional manner while on duty as a representative of the company.
• Be able to rotate on call during the month.

Job Type w2 : Hourly Part-time and Full-time

Pay: $19 to $24.00 per visit
