Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Regulatory Compliance Self-Assessments and External Customer and Regulatory Audits

• AS9100/ISO9001 Compliance and Certification Leadership

• Assist in data collection and analytics of major and minor findings as well as observations for improvement in both regulatory and customer audits

• Assist in the creation of root cause and corrective actions across the site

• Host and drive improvements from the corrective action review board

• Initiate and analyze data from layered process assessments as well as regular internal business process assessments to measure the “health” of the business in between audit cycles

• Communicate with site and quality leadership

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• AS9100 Quality Management Systems lead audit

• Must have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP

• Coachable and willing to be fully engaged in all aspects of Quality principles and activities

• Must be a dedicated professional committed to providing a positive example, developing a positive culture and completing work on an agreed upon schedules

• Proactive approach to problem solving

• Ability to work with minimal direction

• Must have flexible work schedule and may be required to work on off-hours and weekends

• Thorough knowledge of Collins policies, instructions and guidelines
