Responsible for leading our organization's efforts to protect the technology and data assets at Spotless Brands, through developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective information security program to safeguard our company from physical and cyber threats.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Companywide cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and goals and establish a best-in-class cybersecurity program for the Company.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber threat prevention, detection, response, and incident recovery program.
• Evaluate and identify potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities, and design and implement appropriate security measures to mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the IT team, ensuring that all team members are up to date with the latest cybersecurity technologies and methodologies.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices and regulations.
• Oversee the day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability/exposure management and cybersecurity training and awareness activities.
• Establish a process to identify appropriate actionable metrics to measure the health of the cybersecurity program.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that cybersecurity is integrated into all aspects of the Company's operations.
• Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration on cybersecurity matters.
• Establish credibility as a trusted advisor to stakeholders including executives, peers, and employees.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure that their products and services meet our cybersecurity standards and requirements.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years leading cyber security programs.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity processes, frameworks, compliance requirements, regulations, and technologies, including NIST, CIS, ISO, PCI-DSS, HIPAA and cloud security
• Strong understanding of threat landscape and the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities
• Experience in implementing cybersecurity technologies and solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, data privacy, data loss prevention, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop, lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are preferred but not required.
