TJX Architecture is spearheading the global digital transformation of the organization. We partner with our product teams, capture strategy, assess the current state capabilities, establish future state needs, create roadmap leveraging cutting edge components such as Cloud, DevOps, Intelligent Automation and usher in the next generation technology solutions that power the business capabilities for the organization.

As a Senior Engineer in the Enterprise Quality Engineering team, you will be part of team working on Test Data Management framework implementation and rollout for multiple product teams within TJX. You will also be providing technical support to quality engineering initiatives to shift quality left and enable continuous validation for key TJX applications.

Major Duties/ Responsibilities

• Maintains broad knowledge in Quality Engineering, Test Data Management, and related tools and capabilities
• Experience in planning, designing and executing Test Data Management solutions and strategies for enterprise applications
• As a technical expert, focused on the technical aspects of TDM architecture, test data provisioning and maintenance and provide suggestion and implement the TDM process
• Provides Technical support to Quality Engineering platform initiatives
• Fosters the adoption of shift-left and continuous validation for Product and Platform teams.
• Partners with Architects, and IT Product teams to understand application and technology landscape to develop suitable test data management framework and implement effectively to enable continuous validation and integrate with DevSecOps process

Who We Are Looking For: You.

We seek technical team members with domain expertise and excellent interpersonal skills, as our positions rely heavily on communication with key stakeholders in both business and engineering realms. You'll be part of influencing a multi-year roadmap for delivering enterprise-grade cloud technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience
• 2+ years of experience in building the TDM Framework for the enterprise applications
• 2+ years of experience in working on Test Data Masking and profiling
• 2+ years of experience in Synthetic Data Generation Implementations
• 2+ years of experience on leading TDM tools like Genrocket/Curiosity/K2view
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering
• Development experience in Java, Python, Perl, SQL, JavaScript, Webservices, RestAPIs or NodeJS, Shell script
• 2+ years of experience in Agile delivery space
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
• Experience in developing and implementing Test Automation Framework with Open Source technologies like Jbehave or Cucumber JVM with Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, REST Assured etc.,
• Experience in Retail
