As a Sr. HR Representative, you will partner with the HR Business Partner team to provide high quality HR support to our world- class team. You will be responsible for performing HR-related duties, as well as work on D&I initiatives and employee engagement initiatives. With your experience in human resources you will become a critical part of this dynamic, high profile team.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

• Participate in recruitment / hiring process by assisting HRBPs and managers with requisition and position management, gathering approvals for requisitions and offers, interviews candidates.
• Conduct exit interviews and stay interviews.
• Maintain HRIS, including position management, location updates, etc.
• Run and develop management reports for monthly and quarterly distribution including headcount, turnover, cost per hire and recruitment.
• Assist employees with general questions regarding payroll and benefits.
• Work with HRBPs on D&I initiatives and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide backup HR support for client groups in partnership with HRBPs.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Work Experience: 3+ years HR experience. Previous experience in Life Sciences preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
• Previous experience in Life Sciences preferred.
• Planning, organizational, time management, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Previous experience with HRIS and recruitment systems (SuccessFactors, iCIMS), tools and software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and relationship building skills · Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $71,600 to $98,500 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
