We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our Land Development Division. Our team is composed of professionals in civil engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, and field services with a passion for the work we do. Working on a large array of projects from both public and private clients including commercial development, residential development, industrial development, public improvement projects, reclamation project, and special projects focused on outdoor recreation and tourism. We are looking for a staff engineer to join our team to support project managers in taking projects from concept to completion.

Essential duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Work with the project manager and design team to develop the design from concept through permitting and construction.
• Communicate and coordinate with various agencies, municipalities, and utilities throughout the design development process and permitting.
• Prepare permit packages for zoning approval, construction stormwater, environmental agencies, and special use permits that include plans, details, notes, erosion & sediment control, stormwater management, associated design calculations, and necessary reports.
• Prepare bid and construction packages that plans, details, notes, specifications, cost estimates, and permit documents.
• Draft and prepare technical reports such as assessments, preliminary engineering reports, and stormwater pollution prevention plans.
• Work with construction inspection personnel, as required, and review daily field reports to assure that contracted work accomplishes the intent of the contract documents.

Qualifications:

• A BS from ABET accredited university in the field of Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• No experience required

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
