Immediately Hiring Full Time Staffing Coordinator - Belmont Village Sabre Springs (Poway)
$22/hr to $24/hr
Experience with staff scheduling in a 24 hour operation is required.
Prior experience with On-shift & Kronos preferred.

- Coordinate new hire training and support new employee orientation process
- Data entry support related to payroll, time & attendance in Kronos
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and the flu for employment in Illinois or California
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year office/clerical experience including alphabetizing, filing, photocopying, record retention
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Experience creating staff schedules for multiple work groups on multiple shifts in a 24 hour work environment
- Experience with time clock, timekeeping and employee self-service software
