UniversaCare is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join the team of fast-growing home health care providers
Position: Full-time
Start Date: immediately

UniversaCare is a boutique NYS Licensed Home Health Care Services (LHCSA) Agency with operations primarily in NYC and Long Island.
We are actively looking for an experienced, compassionate, and professional Staffing Coordinator to help families and their loved ones in their times of need.
Key Responsibilities
Match, assign, and schedule caregivers based on skill level, availability, and customer requirements
Provide superior customer service and compassion for clients and their families
Receive and process incoming requests for new home care services
Provide day-to-day coordination and scheduling
Manage intake coordination tasks from referral sources
Maintain client and caregiver schedules
Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of job responsibilities maintaining compliance with HIPPA Privacy and Security Rules
Professional Qualifications
Home care experience preferred
1-2 year’s of work experience
Experience with scheduling is a must
Excellent organization skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office & other computerized systems
HHAxchange experience preferred
