Responsibilities Include

• Develop excellent customer relationships by identifying their storage needs and providing them with solutions
• Guide your new customers through rental processes and agreements
• Promote and Sell moving-related products such as locks, packing materials, and boxes
• Perform independently on a day to day basis with a focus on teamwork and partnerships with other stores in the area
• Maintain facility image and curb appeal
• Conduct daily walkthrough/visual audit of the entire facility
• Make collection calls as needed on delinquent accounts
• Provide coverage to other facilities when necessary

Qualifications:

• Willing to work weekends when needed
