H.O.T. is Looking for a candidate that can work at either Millvale or Ross location as needed. Store Hours: TH & F 10:30 - 6, Sat - Wed 10:30 - 5

JOB DUTIES:

· Operate the register

· Sort, tag, hang, and/or price donations

· Provide customer service

· Assist with store layout and merchandise displays

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Participate in maintaining social media

NOTE: This list includes gathering, transporting, sorting and handling various items that may be heavy, unwieldy, dirty, etc; loading and unloading vehicles; and other activities relating to the operation of a thrift store.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent. NOTE: An alternative level of education and experience may be acceptable.
• One or more years’ experience in retail a plus.
• The performance of the job requires frequently standing for long periods of time, twisting, bending, crouching, reaching, reaching overhead, pushing and pulling, lifting up to 50lbs., and kneeling.
• The performance of the job requires frequent safety awareness, concentration while maneuvering furniture and other donations.
• Must be over 18 and have transportation.

• Must be punctual and willing to work weekends.
• Brand awareness, excellent salesmanship, tech savvy, and marketing experience a plus.
• Not addicted to using your cell phone.
