Independent Owner-Operator of 30+ QSR Restaurants serving the Metro NY/NJ area with annual store sales averaging $4.5mm.
Responsibilities:
Managing the overall profitable operation with the high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are always in place.
Oversee day-to-day operations, improve operations and financial performance, maintain budgets and optimize expenses, set policies and processes, ensure team’s work productively and develop professionally, direct the employee assessment process, prepare regular reports for upper management. Store ordering, local store marketing and being a brand ambassador with initiatives that will drive sales and build repeat business.
Lead the management team and providing mentoring and direction to improve the restaurant overall. Manage the hiring, training, and developing of the management staff so they may lead and develop the store staff to work above the key standards.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ QSR General Management, high volume, restaurant experience.
Strong operational, leadership and guest service background.
Strong budget and cost control ability including P&L knowledge.
A driving passion to train, teach and develop people.
Team scheduling, productivity, food ordering system, store sanitation, cash management and managing to the budget, P&L’s, sales building promotions, local store marketing.
ServSafe certification.
$63-65K + 25% Annual Bonus Potential, Health, Dental, Vision Insurance (Company covers 75% of premium), 401k matching (after 1 year), hotels, car rentals, discounts, Tuition Assistance $3K, Vacation + 1 month vacation after 5 years added to original vacation balance).
