We're looking for a Store Manager to oversee the daily management of our retail location. A successful candidate will have experience managing small teams, creating and maintaining schedules and ensuring that all customer needs are met. Our Store Manager should possess strong leadership skills and truly enjoy people in order to ensure a positive work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employees including scheduling, reviews and feedback, and hiring.
• Oversee product placement and promotional activities.
• Assist in preparing inventory checks and maintaining control of inventory levels.
• Engage with customers according to our sales cycle. Monitor the activities of sales personnel as they serve customers.
• Keep accurate records of daily transactions and compute daily, weekly, and monthly profits or losses.
• Plan and execute special events or promotions to increase store revenues.
• Plan, organize, and direct the activities of sales personnel.
