Store Manager Supervisor for our
Charlotte, NC location.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience overseeing the overall success, development and performance of all retail store operations and directing inside sales team toward achievement of sales growth and increase profitability. The Store Manager Supervisor provides excellent customer service by maximizing Roberts Oxygen store resources and capabilities to support and achieve the company’s growth and financial goals. Responsibilities and requirements may include but are not limited to:
- Supervision of all Store Managers in: Charlotte, NC, Bessemer City/Gastonia, NC, Rock Hill, SC, Monroe, NC and Hickory, NC; responsible for hiring and staffing.
- Assists Store Managers to increase store yearly sales, gross profit and net contribution forecast.
- Coordination of scheduling store coverage.
- Ensures proper store merchandizing and inventory control procedures are utilized.
- Establish and administer uniform standards for store appearance, merchandizing and inventory.
- Establish uniform standards and training for job competencies.
- Oversee all store leases and facilities.
- Assesses store area potential and develops annual store business goals to ensure continued development of current business and the addition of new business.
- Develops strong internal working relations creating partnerships to resolve conflicts between employees or departments.
- Stays aware of current products, services, and industry trends.
- Represent the Company and proactively maintain customer and employee relations.
- 2 years of store manager experience.
- Strong computers skills and usage of FACTS and Microsoft Office Products to include Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint and internet searching.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
