KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Multi-Brand Order Fulfillment (30%)
- Coordinate all aspects of order processing, applying specialized knowledge of technical details and product specifications in the customer order process and invoicing for multiple brands.
- Manage communications with logistics partners to ensure timely order processing and shipping.
- Coordinate documentation and related communications to accompany domestic and International shipments.
- Customer Relationship Management (30%)
- Maintain ongoing relationships with domestic and international customers to assure accurate order processing, alternative product suggestions to achieve 100% shipping container fill rate, new item setup, product updates and discontinuations, and support in the resolution of customer issues.
- Provide customers with timely and accurate information with respect to product availability, order status from receipt through shipment, shipping specifications and payment of invoice.
- Respond to inbound inquiries within 24 hours.
- Work closely with Strategic Managers on multi-unit franchise accounts, develop sales presentations and assist with customer-based requests
- Gather data on competitive products, pricing and success to determine customer preferences
- Coordinate team meetings and strategy sessions with Strategic Account and International sales team(s)
- Credit Reconciliation and Reimbursement Submissions (20%)
- Reconcile proof of activity statements and related documentation for reimbursement submission with International Food Export Association and other entities as appropriate. Submit monthly reimbursement claims.
- Work with Vice President, Sales and Director, Strategic Accounts to establish annual Marketing Plans for reimbursement programs; complete applications as needed.
- Distributor and direct account reimbursement submission as needed for Strategic Accounts
- Sales Reporting and Forecast (20%)
- Compile monthly sales and KPI reports Provide detailed sales reports to support the creation of sales forecasts.
- Gather monthly consumer insights to leverage data

SUCCESS FACTOR SNAPSHOT:
- First 30 days: Develop an intimate understanding of our organization, mission, culture, team, products and role expectations through company-paid on the job training. Complete training in ERP and Salesforce to assume responsibility for order fulfillment, with oversight.
- First 60 days: Complete training in all related ERP tools to create sales reports and assume responsibility for development and delivery of sales and KPI reports, with oversight. Complete introductions with International accounts and assume primary point of contact, with oversight.
- First 90 days: Complete training in proof of activity reconciliations and issuance of appropriate credit notes, with oversight. Complete training in Brand Program reimbursement and assume responsibility for reimbursement submission, with oversight. Assume full responsibility for order fulfillment and reporting. Assume full responsibility for customer relationship management.
- First 120 days: Assume full responsibility for proof of activity reconciliations and issuance of credit notes. Assume full responsibility for Brand Program oversight and reimbursement submissions on a monthly basis.
- Ongoing: Create, maintain and update SOP library for International Sales Support. 100% accuracy in order acknowledgement, order entry, invoicing, and reimbursement submissions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university or equivalent experience thereof.
Experience/Qualifications:
- You have 3+ years of direct sales or coordination experience and understand the dedication needed to support established and new market accounts.
- You have a proven track record of elevating performance of strategic accounts and managing an evolving account portfolio.
- You have experience in managing international customers and understand the requirements of shipping or exporting to international markets, managing registrations and trademarking activities.
- Works autonomously, thus a history of great decision making, analytical capability, self-starting and relationship building skills required.
- Must have advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft and Gsuite applications.
- Experience with Salesforce or another database highly preferred
- Valid driver license required.
