Job Description:
The Strategic Outsourcing Lead supports the client?s Outsourcing COE and internal stakeholders by providing oversight and governance of Outsourcing suppliers and the outsourced contractual arrangements for both ITO and BPO services. Under the direction of the OCOE Leads, the Outsourcing support resource oversees OCOE?s strategic vendors and executes Contract Management activities for assigned outsourcing engagements including; contract changes, issue resolution, contract clarifications as part of provisioning and delivering the OCOE?s outsourcing governance shared services model.

Role Summary:
Supports the outsourcing lead and internal client groups by providing oversight and governance of IT and Business Process (for example - HR, Finance, Clinical) outsourced engagements.
Executes contract management activities for assigned outsourcing engagements including contract changes, issue resolution, and contract interpretation, as well as ensuring annual contract management objectives are completed.
Assist in the drafting and delivery of RFx packages.
Provide project management support for RFx, contract negotiation/renewals, and other governance-related initiatives as assigned.

Support role to managing very large outsourcing suppliers for the client, having a bid, full RFP process, negotiation/contracting and ongoing governance. Typical for large organizations. Some RFP?s can take up to a year in working through everything and then ongoing support of the contract. These positions support leads in various functional groups, helping to get contracting completed, managing change requests to the process, statements of work, etc. They would also be involved in organizing RFPs creating docs for the RFP, creating summary of the results, also involve certain level of project management around the RFP. Being able to manage to a plan and support status of a plan and be involved in the ongoing management. Making sure results are being reported and tracked. This is the type of support we are looking for. Help to meet the increased demand.
Five years of relevant experience. They would use templates and be sure they are updated as changes are made. Supporting the drafting of the contract, but are not actually executing the contract. Experience in actual outsourcing arrangements would be best, either ITO or BPO as an example. Background in various areas may be helpful. Legal background would not be as beneficial as the others. NOT looking for someone with a PMP, looking for someone who has managed and driven projects of 6 ? 9 months in length. Must be successful in delivering these types of project. If they have the PMP on top of the above, this would be a winner. Proven ability to deliver on a project.

Years of relatable experience: 5-7, must include specific experience in contracting and/or management of large outsourcing relationships.

Salary: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
