Looking for a
Lead Structural Engineer with previous heavy industrial experience to join our team in
Lisle, IL.
P. E is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Lead field evaluation of existing structures.
- Lead services in modeling, calculations, material specification, reporting, design drawings, and client/fabricator coordination.
- Technical support for structural construction.
- Client meetings including proposals and estimates for developments.
- Team mentoring, management, and leadership to the junior staff.
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- 7- 15 years experience.
- P.E. Required.
- Previous experience with leading a team.
- Extensive knowledge of STAAD/SAP, ACI, AISC, and AWS.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam preferred.
- Previous experience with client interface.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US and will not require current or future sponsorship.
