Minimum Requirement for Substitute Teachers: Must have completed 60 college hours or higher for the Substitute Teacher position.

• If you DO NOT MEET the minimum requirement_ listed above _- we are also hiring Instructional Aides, Crossing Guards, Bus Aides, and Food Service which have the minimum requirement of a HS Diploma/GED. We also have accounts with Charter Schools in the area that only require a minimum of a HS Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities:

• Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies. This includes:
• Building positive relationships
• Instructing students on a variety of classroom topics/courses
• Motivate students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
• Build a classroom environment that’s conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students
• Adapt to the various learning styles of students
• For long-term assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as create, coordinate, and grade tests and assignments
