Immediate full time opening for a 2nd assistant superintendent for a general contracting company that specializes in multi family units in Niceville, Florida.

Project is a 385 unit apartment complex with a clubhouse and total of 12 buildings.

Requirements:

Applicant with a STEADY employment history must have at least 3-5 years of multi family industry experience as well as apartment experience on finished projects that include concrete, framing, MEP's,able to read tape and level, painting, roofing, punchout process as well as having completed at least 3 projects total. Must be OSHA 30 certified and/ or willing to achieve within 6 months of employment. Work schedule is Monday- Friday, 7am-4:30/5pm. Saturday's will be required pending project constraints.

Applicant who is more that 70 miles from project will receive $2,200.00 per diem each month non taxed as well as $160.00 per month phone allowance, company electronics, tools, company, shirts, business cards, hard hats. $750.00 will be provided to applicant that relocates.

Company will pay employee time off, round trip to home and work 1 time a month-(airfare or fuel), usually Wednesday's at 2pm through Sunday. (Employee must return to work on Monday morning at the required time.)

After 6 month- 1 week PTO

After 12 months- 2 weeks PTO.

Health insurance, dental, life insurance, 401K included in package as well and is active 1 month after starting!

Yearly bonuses are paid out every December and are based off company as a whole performance and the folllowing:

1- Time with company

2- Project size and difficulty

3- Attitude and performance
