Supervisor- Customer Onboarding Clerk- Evernorth Health Services- Remote Job at The Cigna Group
This position is responsible for leading the customer onboarding clerk team. Responsibilities include managing 6-8 team members in the daily process of creating, updating and maintain accurate customer master for our clients. Identifying and developing needed process improvements to ensure complete and accurate information is entered into the system. Additionally, this position is responsible to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders in the on-boarding of new customer groups; ensuring accuracy within established deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage team members that handle the daily task of customer onboarding.
Ensure accurate and timely updates to customer master.
Ensure accurate and timely month end close and reporting
Review policies and procedures, and update to reflect business needs
Build collaborative relationships with sales, customer service, finance, accounting, and pharma account management leadership teams
Working knowledge of new and revised contractual terms of Company’s partner agreements
Collaborate with SAP and technology teams to build and improve system processes and workflows
Ensure compliance with SOX and Company internal controls. Review and, as needed, suggest updates to internal controls narrative
Provide ongoing team and individual coaching, training, and guidance to ensure employee career growth
Act as change advocate for the team by developing and implementing project initiatives that will allow us to meet customer and business goals while maintaining high employee satisfaction
Responsible to oversee audits initiated by Customers and internal auditors.
Special reporting/projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Degree or equivalent experience.
Business to business experience in distribution preferred
Critical Skills:
Demonstrated leadership skills
Prior experience building relationships with internal customers
Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
Strong data analytics and problem solving skills
SAP Preferred
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62,900 - 104,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
