Job Description:
The Supervisor Legal Compliance (Corrective Action - eviCore) oversees the development and implementation of Corrective Action Plans and Performance Improvement Plans. The CAP Supervisor collaborates with Compliance colleagues and business partners to support process improvements and remediation.

Core Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in the area of staff performance, including mentoring, auditing, productivity monitoring, and coaching for success
Collaborate effectively with business leaders, influencing outcomes through effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex analysis in a simplified manner
Oversee the development and implementation of Corrective Action Plans as well as monitor results for success
Interpret business feedback and results to evaluate effectiveness of Corrective Action Plans
Distribute and review compliance related data to ensure appropriate corrective action has been taken
Maintain compliance documentation with current and accurate information

Minimum Qualifications:
Five years of compliance experience required, in healthcare or related field
Ability to manage data electronically, using data informatics, dashboards, and reports
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills required
Strong and confident verbal and written communication skills
Strong business acumen and willingness to learn workflows
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet deadlines
Ability to facilitate integrated meetings for projects and issue resolution
Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, and procedures
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, including state and federal law, CMS regulations, and accreditation requirements
Remote role

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62,300 - 103,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
