P&G is looking for a Project Manager to provide project management and deliver several key tasks in an important project schedule. The timeline is aggressive and the results will be completely dependent upon the individual executing with excellence, driving actions and delivering results

Key Deliverables:

• Obtaining correct contact information from key suppliers to execute agreements with and maintaining in a master database that will be shared with multiple users
• Generating within the corporate tool CDAs (Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements) to execute with each key supplier and insuring timely response.
• Uploading completed CDAs in the database and initiate and have ownership for driving to completion Third Party Risk Management for multiple suppliers. This involves working closely cross-functionally with resources located in Costa Rica as well as many other regions at various levels within the company to insure tasks are completed on time.
• Managing each supplier’s timely response to the requests to insure there are no delays or losses in the process and timing.

Systems Knowledge:

• Microsoft Office technology savvy – email (Outlook), Word, Excel, teams
• Experience with Coupa, Aravo, Microsoft Office 365 preferred
• Technology – virtual desktop capability & understanding of tech tools

Other skills:

• Negotiation experience and contract experience
• Experience / Familiarity with P&G work processes, tools, structure
