What You Will Do
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the creation of Season Global Salesman Sample (SMS) buys as well as creating, managing, tracking and recapping sample buy process and implementing future process improvements. The Supply Chain Analyst will also support the Global Production Team with ad-hoc Supply Chain projects, including but not limited to supporting the multi-year horizon plan (MHP) data gathering and analysis to link the financial plan and cross-functional strategies to operations supply chain capabilities.
How You Will Make A Difference
  • Manage the Global Salesman Sample Buy process for all regions, create seasonal calendars and templates, create and manage buy file, create and manage SMS purchase orders and tracking files, and provide weekly updates to sample buys
  • Responsible for maintaining and validating the data (single version of truth) for the Sample Buy across multiple departments
  • Coordinate and communicate updates cross-functionally (e.g., Sales Ops, Sourcing, Customer Service, Supply Planning, and Logistics)
  • Responsible for process improvements for the SMS process
  • Support the MHP project through data analysis and dashboard creation; will be required to combine and interpret large data sets from multiple sources
What You Bring
  • 1+ years of related professional experience
  • BA/BS and a minimum of 1 year of professional business experience.
  • Proficient PC, systems and strong Excel skills are required.
  • Possess strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and database applications is a plus.
  • Process oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to work independently on a large volume of simultaneous workstreams, and you must be motivated, flexible, and detail oriented to meet the demands of a fast-paced and passionate working environment.

Pay Range:
$63,072.00 USD - $94,608.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential:
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
