Our client, a well-known skincare & beauty brand, is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to join the team on a temporary basis in Orangeburg, NY!
*This is a hybrid position. You must be able to commute to Orangeburg reliably!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the inventory trends and statistics.
- Create inventory reports.
- Resolves discrepancies with technicians.
- Perform regular inventory counts together with the warehouse team and verify the numbers against WMS system.
- Support the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Work directly with sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
- Supports proper utilization of ERP system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Supply Chain Management (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (PivotTables, program formulas, data analysis tool pack, etc.)
- Customer oriented, result driven, and passionate.
- Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty
- Curious, with the desire to learn constantly!
- Analytical and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and succeed in motivating a team.
