SupplyHouse.com, a rapidly growing e-commerce company in the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical space, is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to join our corporate Fulfillment Team. This is a remote-based role within select states in the United States. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states: Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
A company laptop and other necessary equipment will be provided along with a $250 stipend for your work from home space.
Job type: Full-Time, Exempt
Schedule: Standard business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. However, we provide flexibility based on local time zones and our Flex-Time Policy.
Location: Remote (Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington)
Salary: $100-120k annually
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects and teams by implementing effective communication strategies to improve processes and address opportunities.
- Facilitate meetings to solve problems, make decisions, and plan actions.
- Manage and implement strategic initiatives and track progress using KPI scorecards, presenting to executives, stakeholders, and support resources as needed.
- Demonstrates expertise in Project Management principles, methodologies, and tools, along with industry-leading standards for program, project, and process management.
- Assists in developing the annual budget, preparing budgetary documents and reports, and overseeing budgetary data for projects/programs.
- Develops strategies to achieve program objectives and goals, prioritizing management, budget, and fiscal activities for efficient program operation.
- Reviews programs/projects weekly/monthly for accountability and timely reporting of deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in managing projects and/or process improvement initiatives
- At least 5 years of supply chain operational experience within a distribution center or at the corporate level
- Strong project management skills as well as proficiency in the use of project/program management principles, methodologies, and tools along with industry-leading process improvement standards. Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management, and database management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in managing projects and/or operational process improvement initiatives
- Project Management Certification
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
