SUMMARY

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Manager with a focus on Supply Chain throughput planning and data analytics to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing the overall strategy for supply chain data analysis, developing and implementing new and innovative solutions to optimize supply chain performance, and driving vendor compliance.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

• Planning, Reporting, and Analytics
  • Oversee the development and implementation of supply chain data analytics solutions to optimize supply chain performance and ensure compliance with vendor requirements
  • Manage and develop reports utilizing Python and SQL to analyze and optimize Supply Chain throughput planning, from inbound cartons to daily distribution center picks to outbound cartons, and identify areas of improvement
  • Work with stakeholders to build dashboards and visualizations with Tableau to monitor key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights
  • Implement and maintain a data lake to ensure data quality and accuracy across the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the supply chain industry to identify areas of potential improvement and innovation.
• Vendor Compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to optimize vendor compliance and supplier performance
  • Develop and manage vendor scorecards from a supply chain perspective to ensure adherence to performance metrics and compliance standards

Reports to Director, SC Continuous Improvement

WORKING CONDITIONS

• In person working environment, limited hybrid
• Ability to travel up to 10%, based on projects and job requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong experience in Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation
• Experience in supporting a data lake
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and vendor compliance standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Six Sigma greenbelt a plus
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Must be proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Sharepoint or other collaboration and workflow tools is critical

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education Minimum:

• 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field

Experience Minimum:

• 5& (Manager): 5& years of experience in supply chain analytics or related field

Experience Preferred:

• 3-5: Management experience leading a team
