Job Description:
Blind Tiger Restaurant is looking for a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes that meet our customers' expectations. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality sushi dishes using traditional Japanese techniques.
- Manage inventory of sushi ingredients and ensure that they are stored properly.
- Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Ensure that all dishes are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Assist in preparing sushi ingredients such as slicing fish, rolling sushi rice, and making sauces.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef.
- Ability to use traditional Japanese techniques to prepare sushi dishes.
- Knowledge of different types of sushi ingredients and how to properly store them.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
