Seeking a Sushi Chef to join our team! Our restaurant is located in Rancho Cucamonga.
Our restaurant is focused on bringing an excellent and exciting dining experience to Rancho Cucamonga. We are looking for energetic, individuals with a passion for rolls, sushi, and sashimi who experience as Sushi Chef.
Responsibilities:
- Need to Prepare Sushi, Sashimi, Rolls, and other food items with high quality and our standard.
- Maintain a clean sanitary work area.
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Re-stock goods and food products.
- Follow proper recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a sushi chef
- Passion for food and strong knife skills, cooking techniques
- Strong communication skills and sense of urgency
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: From $3,800 to $3,900 per month
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Tue, Wed, Thursday, Fri, & Sat.
